AFTERCARE ADVICE
Thank you for using repair Wizard. We use the very best repair materials availablehowever, we can never make our repairs as tough as the original products, but follow theadvice below and you should have no problems.
DON’T
- Don’t use caustic cleaning products on the repair, such a Cillit Bang, Caustic Soda oraggressive acids such as lemon.
- Don’t use any granular cleaners or aggressive abrasive cleaning materials, likescouring pads or brillo pads.
DO
- Do use soap,water and normal non aggressive cleaning products. Microfibre andnormal dish cloths will be fine.
- Please avoid high heats. Our repair materials can stand temperatures up to 280degrees for short intervals, however an instant exposure to heat (a hot pan forexample), may cause the repair to fail.
GUARANTEE:
12 months guarantee on all repairs unless otherwise specified at the time of the ordering.
Any failure to adhere to the guidelines stated will void the guarantee, however Repair Wizard willwork with the client to help resolve the problem. The Repair Wizard guarantee is against materialfailure and poor repair technique and we reserve the right to complete a reworked repair inrespect of any failure.
